Here Comes Hanna

Tropical Storm Hanna is coming my way! I never thought of Northern Virginia as being in the path of a tropical storm, although Hurricane Isabel wreaked havoc on this area back in 2003. I'm not sure what to do...is it like a snow storm when everybody goes out and buys milk, bread and toilet paper?
